The KaWaTec AUG MARKSMAN SAFETY (KA-AUG-2) is an optional upgrade for the KaWaTec AUG SPORTS COVER (KA-AUG-1).
The AUG MARKSMAN SAFETY has 3 positions: “secured”, “two stage trigger mode” & “single stage trigger mode”, so you can change the characteristics of the trigger (“single stage” or “two stage”) as you wish while shooting.
When installing the AUG MARKSMAN SAFETY, the two stage trigger mode is set using a set screw, a suitable Allen key is included.
The middle position is the two stage trigger mode, here is only single fire possible when used in a fully automatic weapon, fully automatic fire is still possible in the single stage trigger mode.
Not recommended for use by authorities (“Military & Law Enforcement”)! If a defined two stage trigger is required by the authorities, we can offer a customized solution suitable for official use.
If the KaWaTec AUG MARKSMAN TRIGGER (KA-AUG-1) is installed in a NATO, then of course the AUG MARKSMAN TRIGGER also fits here.
